Refunds


Refunds will only be issued in the case of duplicate payments or if a customer sets up a unit and it is determined that no units are available at that time.


No refunds will be issued for customers who commit to a yearly rental but do not utilize the unit for the entire period. For instance, if a customer pays for a year upfront and uses the unit for only three months, no refunds will be provided for the remaining nine months.


Cancellation Policy


Cancellations require a 30-day notice. Customers must submit their vacate notice at least 30 days in advance of their planned move-out date. This allows both parties sufficient time to prepare for the change.


The vacate notice must be completed and submitted via our Vacate Notice Form.


Additional Notes


  • Ensure all personal belongings are removed from the unit and any outstanding payments are settled to avoid additional charges upon cancellation.


  • A minimum $50 removal charge will be applied if any items are left in the unit after the move-out date.
